Anthony Williams (Builder)

A carpenter by trade, Anthony has worked in the building industry for more than 21 years, beginning his career as an apprentice in country NSW in 1986.  After completing his trade, he moved to the Sunshine Coast where he worked as a carpenter before venturing into construction management and eventually running a multi award winning business.

Since commencing business in 2000, Anthony has been involved in many award winning projects.  He believes that the key to successful home building is an unwavering dedication to clients, a passion for building and a commitment to quality.

Anthony has built his reputation on attention to detail, personalised service and producing the highest quality finish.  His innovative ideas allow him to overcome any obstacle in the design and construction.

Anthony has a strong passion for architecture and design, and as such, he endeavours to make every project, regardless of size or budget, modern and stylish.  He keeps well abreast of trends and fashions in the construction industry.

Anthony has been a member of the Housing Industry Association for more than ten years and has a solid working knowledge of the relevant Australian Building Codes.  He is also recognized as one of the original GreenSmart builders on the Sunshine Coast.

Samantha Williams (Company Accountant)

Samantha completed a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy), graduating with distinction, in the early 90’s and went on to become a Chartered Accountant in 1994.  Samantha worked with KPMG for several years, reaching the position of Manager, before taking a break to start a family.

Since then, Samantha has worked in the business with Anthony, complementing Anthony’s building skills with a strong business and finance background.

Samantha takes care of finance and accounting so as to allow Anthony to complete the building process without too many of the financial concerns.  This allows them both to focus on the tasks they do best.
